Our Smoker Bits are sustainably harvested, well-seasoned and free of dangerous chemicals.  Wood pieces vary in width and length and are intended for use in smaller offset smokers, water, ceramic, gas and barrel smokers as well as gas grills and on Charcoal.   To prolong the smoke produced from the smallest pieces, wrap them in punctured foil to allow smoke to escape.

    Apple Chips

    Even though we only have a few apple trees, mother nature provides far more than our family can eat.

    Since we were already drying cherries, we decided to dry the surplus apples as well.

    Here is another natural food with absolutely no additives or preservatives.  Our apple chips are slightly tart and crispy.  Eat them as is or try them with some Hummus or Cheese. 

    What a treat !!!    Good for you AND tastes great!
