Here is everything we sell.
We have 7 varieties of cherries on the orchard. 6 of them are available for you. VANS mature early (mid to late June), followed by STELLAS & LAMBERTS. Our largest variety are LAPINS. RAINIERS are available all season long as they are spot-picked. SWEETHEARTS end our season (mid to late July).
Fresh & Tasty:
Our cherries are picked at their optimum maturity and picking / delivery damage is minimized. We Care about the Food we Grow!
Traceability:
You know exactly where they came from and we participate in a yearly audited On-Farm Food Safety program.
Supporting Canadian Agriculture:
Sustainable & Responsible Farming Practices: We are minimalists when it comes to the use of Pesticides, Herbicides & Fungicides. We also enjoy the use of Clean BC Lake water for Irrigation with no run-off from farm animals.
Ethical & Respectful Employment: Our crew are mostly French Canadian Students, but all are welcome. We provide fair wages, good facilities and a fun environment.
Our pitted Dried Sweet Cherries are convenient, nutritious and taste great. Use as a snack, in baking or as a topper to salads, cereals or ice cream.
Dried cherries store well at room temperature in an air-tight container. Extend storage time further by refrigerating or freezing.
No Sugar, Additives or Preservatives.
Our cherries have NOT come in contact with any nuts, peanuts or oils and are 100% Gluten Free.

Mother Nature is abundant in what she provides.
Not only does the orchard produce cherries, but we also obtain wood. If fact, if you’re too nice to the trees, all they want to do is make wood. We generate quite a bit of cherry wood every year that we sell as Buddy Bones, Smoker Bits, Pizza Oven Wood or Fire Wood. Seasoned for at least a year, you’ll enjoy using cherry wood for it’s high heat, low ash properties and the nice fragrance it has as it burns.

Makes a delicate / mild tea.
Directions: Place dried stems (~10 grams per 750 ml) in a tea pot and add boiling water. Allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Drink once per day for a week. Combine with other loose-leaf teas to make your own custom blend.
